We're currently seeking a Physics group leader with a holistic vision to help develop the core technology for our revolutionary fiber-sensing platform.

We're a rapidly growing startup developing next-generation technology based on groundbreaking fiber-sensing innovation across multiple domains - from grid monitoring and subsea applications to smart roads, cities, and perimeter security.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for the hardware development of the product.
Managing a team of four Physicists.
Managing the teams of electrical board, mechanical and thermal design.
50% Hands-on.

Requirements:
-A higher degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Experimental Physics / Electrical Engineering.
-More than 5 years of experience in lasers / optical communication /fiber lasers / complex electro-optics systems.
-Proven experience as a team leader and experience as a project leader.
-Proven successful delivery of self designed hardware to production ---grade including optical devices and computing components in -industrial enclosure Innovative.
-Leadership skills.
-Desire to work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
-Proven capability and willingness to enter a new field.
