We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the defense sector. This role is an opportunity to shape mission-critical solutions, work closely with clients, and drive growth in one of the most innovative fields today.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control.
Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.
Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing projects, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of proven project management experience in the technology sector.
Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory.
Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory.
Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI applications – advantageous.
Familiarity with UAE business culture and security standards – highly desirable.
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages – a strong plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across international markets.
