A fast growing company developing an innovative cognitive training mobile app is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team.
:The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Manager to lead and elevate Effectivate’s digital presence. You’ll:
* Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.
* Optimize our website, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum impact
* Manage eCommerce initiatives, including product pages, online promotions, and performance tracking
* Own digital assets — website, landing pages, and conversion funnels (UX/UI & CRO)
* Run and optimize campaigns within apps and mobile platforms
* Identify trends, implement new tools, and bring fresh ideas to our digital ecosystem
You Have:
* 3–5 years of end-to-end digital marketing experience- must!
* Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, WordPress- must!
* Hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms and mobile-app campaigns- must!
* Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving
* Proactive, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact
