תחומי אחריות:
הגדרת מטרות והיקף פרויקטים
תכנון וניהול משאבים, תקציב ולו"ז
מעקב על עלויות והבטחת עמידה בתקציב
בניית תכנית עבודה ולו"ז מפורט
עדכון שוטף של סטייקהולדרים על אסטרטגיה, התקדמות והתאמות
יישום שיטות וסטנדרטים מובילים בתעשייה לאורך כל חיי הפרויקט
מדידת ביצועים ושיפור מתמיד
תיאום בין לקוחות לצוותי פיתוח, QA, PMO, IT, HR וכל בעלי העניין – עד להשלמה מוצלחת
דרישות חובה:
תואר רלוונטי: הנדסת חשמל / מדעי המחשב / הנדסה / תעשייה וניהול
לפחות 10 שנות ניסיון במסירת פרויקטי תוכנה ללקוחות בתחום האנרגיה / Utilities
ניסיון מוכח בהנדסת מערכת, אינטגרציה עם מערכות כמו: SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, GIS, CRM
הבנה עמוקה בהנדסת חשמל ובתחום המשאבים המבוזרים (PV, אגירה, EV Charging)
ניסיון עם Web, ענן, ומוצרים מדף (COTS)
ניסיון בעבודה מול חברות חלוקה, אגרגטורים, ושוקי אנרגיה
ניהול צוותים מרחוק (offshore)
הסמכת PMP בתוקף
שליטה בכלי ניהול פרויקטים ומתודולוגיות מתקדמות
ניסיון בדיווח וייצוג מול דרגים בכירים (C-Level)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a team developing advanced DERMS solutions for managing distributed energy resources such as solar PV, storage systems, and EV charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope and objectives
Plan and manage resources, budgets, and timelines
Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and changes
Apply industry best practices and standards throughout execution
Track performance and implement improvements
Coordinate communication and delivery between clients and internal teams: Software Development, QA, PMO, IT, HR, and all relevant stakeholders
Ensure successful project delivery end-to-end
Must-Have Requirements:
Relevant academic degree (Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Engineering / Industrial Engineering)
10+ years of experience delivering software projects for the energy or utilities sector
Strong background in power engineering
Proven experience in system engineering and integration with platforms like SCADA, DMS, OMS, ADMS, GIS, CRM
Experience with distributed energy resources (PV, storage, EV charging)
Experience with web, cloud platforms, and COTS products
Familiarity with utilities, aggregators, and energy markets
Experience managing offshore (remote) teams
PMP certification (valid)
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Proven ability to communicate and report to C-Level stakeholders
Personal Qualities:
High reliability, leadership, and teamwork
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent thinker with initiative and motivation
Methodical and detail-oriented
Willing to travel internationally
