Program Manager - Defense-Tech Industry

Responsibilities:
Lead programs end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control
Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded
Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing programs, contributing to overall program success
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times
Requirements:
7+ years of proven program/project management experience in the technology sector
Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory
Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory
Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear and precise messages
Proven ability to lead engagements and play a key role in negotiations
Excellent task management and prioritization skills
Ability to motivate and drive teams within a matrix organization
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with international business environments and security standards – an advantage
Fluent in Hebrew and English
additional languages – a strong plus
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
