Overseas Fundraising Call Center Representative – Ra’anana (On-site, Evening)
Role goal: Reconnect with English-speaking donors and renew support through outbound calls and personalized follow-ups.
What you’ll do:
Reach out to English-speaking donors from a dedicated call list
Explain the organization’s impact clearly and professionally
Renew donations/support through consistent outreach
Send personalized follow-up emails when needed
Log all donor interactions and next steps in Salesforce
Maintain accurate donor data and follow-up schedules
Requirements (Must have):
Native English speaker (required)
Available Sunday–Thursday, 17:30–23:30 (required)
Able to work on-site in Ra’anana (required)
Comfortable with outbound calls + strong written English (required)
Advantages:
Fundraising / telesales / customer service experience
Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
Hebrew for internal communication
Working conditions:
Location: Ra’anana (on-site)
Workdays: Sunday–Thursday
Hours: 17:30–23:30
