If you have a passion for crafting impactful email journeys and driving engagement — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies
- Plan, coordinate, and manage diverse email and multi-channel campaigns
- Manage trigger-based email campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Build and update email templates (basic HTML knowledge required)
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize future initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
