We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding sales of our company ingredients in key industries, including food and beverages, dietary supplements, pet food, and animal feed. Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing customer relationships, expanding our product portfolio, and acquiring new customers. This position demands direct customer engagement and effective distributor management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the food and/or industrial raw materials sectors, B2B, focusing on international markets.
- Strong sales skills, excellent business acumen, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient with numerical and analytical tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships at all levels of the organization, including executive management, marketing, R&D, and procurement.
- Experience in managing distributors.
- Fluency in English and Spanish in spoken, written, and reading contexts is required.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Food Technology is advantageous.
- Willingness to work intensively and travel abroad frequently.
